Frequently asked questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free posts every day to Facebook and Instagram, writes a weekly blog article, makes 4 Reels a month and includes 3 Pro posts a month. No card needed.
What's a Pro post?
A post with an expert caption written separately for Facebook and Instagram, and a branded image with your product name and price. A Pro post only counts when it actually goes out: skipped or failed posts come back.
Can I check posts before they go out?
Yes. The next post is always ready in Up next, shown as it will look on Facebook and Instagram. You can change the product, switch to a Reel, edit the caption or skip it. Blog articles can wait for your approval.
How does billing work? Can I cancel?
Pro is billed by Shopify on your normal Shopify invoice, with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time from the app; you go back to Free and keep posting.
What do I need?
A Shopify store and a Facebook Page. Instagram needs a Business or Creator account linked to that Page. Telegram is optional.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Your Facebook connection, settings and prepared posts are deleted straight away, and everything else when Shopify asks us to (within 48 hours). See the privacy policy.
